Flowrate
NOTE: For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 5.6 on page 25.
1. Turn the flowrate knob to the setting prescribed by your
physician or therapist.
WARNING
DO NOT change the L/min. setting on the flowmeter
unless a change has been prescribed by your physician or
therapist.
NOTE: To properly read the flowmeter, locate the prescribed
flowrate line on the flowmeter. Next, turn the flow knob until the
ball rises to the line. Now, center the ball on the L/min. line

2. If the flowrate on the flowmeter ever falls below 0.5 L/min.
