To add an appointment

From standby select Menu > Organizer 
> Calendar.

Select a date.

Scroll to New Appointmnt and select 
Add.

Enter the information and confirm each 
entry.

Select Save.

To view an appointment

From standby select Menu > Organizer 
> Calendar.

Select a date.

Scroll to an appointment and select 
View.

To reuse an existing appointment

From standby select Menu > Organizer 
> Calendar.

Select a date.

View.

Select More > Edit.

Edit the appointment and confirm each 
entry.

Select Save.

To send an appointment

> Calendar.

To view a calendar week

To set when reminders should sound

> Calendar.

> Reminders.

Navigating your calendar
You can use the navigation key 
to move between days or weeks. 
In the monthly view, you can use 
keypad shortcuts.

Make sure the receiving device supports 
the transfer method you select.

A reminders option set in calendar 
affects a reminders option set in tasks.
