POWERING THE CD PLAYER
You can power your CD player from any
of these sources:

• two AA alkaline batteries (not sup-
plied)
• two rechargeable AA nickel-
cadmium batteries (not supplied)
• vehicle battery power using the sup-
plied DC adapter
• standard AC power using an AC
adapter (not supplied)
Note: The CD player senses whether or
not the batteries you install are rechar-
gables, and turns on the charging circuit

USING BATTERIES
You can power your CD player from two

dioShack Cat. No. 23-552) or two re-
chargeable AA nickel-cadmium bat-
