The PROTECT menu is displayed.

to select the desired image to protect,
and press ENTER.
This fixes the image to be protected, and [
] is displayed under
the image.
To cancel the selection, press ENTER again.
To write-protect two or more images, repeat this procedure for the
necessary number of images.
When the Zoom switch is pressed toward “T” during image selection,
the image is displayed to fit the entire screen. To redisplay the
original image, move the Zoom switch towards the “W”.
