 1. If the SD card is present in the camera, and then the picture/ 

video will save in the SD card. If no card is installed, the camera uses 

internal memory. 

2. If the “MEMORY FULL” warning message appears on the TFT, it   

means the SD card or internal memory is full. Please remove the   
memory and insert a new one or move/store all the pictures/videos in   
memory to your computer. 

 

1. Press the 

 button on as shown in 

the illustration. 

2. Buzzer will beep and indicator lamp will   

light. The TFT will be turned on. 

3. Press the 

 button again to shut   

down the camera. 

You should set the Date and Time when you first use your VQ5020 or the   

battery is removed for an extended time (approximately 120 Seconds). 

Use the following procedure to change the date and time setting. 

 

1. Slide the 

 switch to          (Capture Status). 

2. Press the 

 button to turn on function menu. Push the joystick up 

or down to select 

 item, and then press the joystick to enter 

the advanced menu. 

3. Press the joystick up or down to select 

, and then press the 

joystick to enter the submenu.
