Cannot edit images.
• Movies cannot be edited.
• Select images that support editing functions.
• Images taken with another make or model of 
camera cannot be edited.
• Images edited with this camera may not be 
displayed correctly on other cameras and 
cannot be transferred to computers from 
other cameras.
Images not displayed on 
television.
• Select the correct HDMI option.
• Both HDMI cable and USB cable are 
connected to the camera.
• Memory card contains no images. Replace 
memory card. Remove memory card to play 
back images recorded in the internal memory.

Nikon Transfer 2 does not 
start when camera is 
connected to a computer.
• Camera is off.
• Battery is exhausted.
• USB cable is not correctly connected.
• Confirm the compatible operating systems.
• Camera is not recognized by the computer.
• Refer to help information contained in 
ViewNX 2.
Edge of printed image is 
cropped.
• When printing images taken at an Image 
mode setting of l 4608×2592 or 
1920×1080, the edges of images may be 
cropped, preventing printing of complete 
images. Refer to the documentation included 
with the printer or consult the digital photo 
lab for further details to make sure that the 
printer supports printing at an aspect ratio of 
16:9.
• Take images at the Image mode setting 
other than l 4608×2592 or m 1920×1080.
Cannot print panoramas.
When printing panoramas, the entire image 
may not be able to be printed depending on the 
printer’s settings. Additionally, printing may not 
be possible depending on the printer. See the 
documentation included with the printer or 
consult a digital photo lab for details.
