Customers will not be able to renew software maintenance after the end of
marketing date for Proventia Network Mail Security. However, they will be allowed
to migrate to Lotus® Protector for Mail Security. Customers wishing to migrate to
Lotus Protector for Mail Security should contact their IBM renewal representative for
a complete explanation of options and further information.
Customers running Proventia Network Mail Security System on IBM ISS branded
hardware appliances may continue to purchase maintenance from ISS according to
the hardware's applicable Life Cycle Policy.
