This fixture is intended for installation in accordance with the National Electrical Code and local or Federal
code specifications. To assure full compliance with codes and regulations, check with your local electrical
inspector before installation. To prevent electric shock, turn off electricity at fuse box before proceeding.  
Retain these instructions for maintenance reference.

IF THE CEILING OR WALL IS MADE FROM A DENSE MATERIAL SUCH
AS 1/2” PLYWOOD OR 3/4” PLASTERBOARD AND IS FIRMLY
ATTACHED TO SUBSTANTIAL STRUCTURE THEN THE POINT POWER
JACK CAN BE MOUNTED DIRECTLY TO THE CEILING OR WALL AS
SHOWN BELOW.

REQUIREMENTS, USE T-BAR ACCESSORY NO.8618).
NOTE: THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE LABEL SELECTED FOR THIS
POWER JACK MUST CORRESPOND TO THE MARKINGS ON THE
TRANSFORMER LABEL.
1. Peel the appropriate MAXIMUM WATTAGE LABEL from its backing
and adhere it to the gap in the LABEL  on the FLANGE of the 
POINT POWER JACK (Fig. 1).
2. Select the CAP with the same MAXIMUM WATTAGE marking and 
snap it over the FLANGE (Fig. 2).
NOTE: Use the 35W MAXIMUM WATTAGE LABEL and CAP for 
fixtures that have screw-in adapters (Fig. 2).
