• If one of Sony media is proved to be defective in workmanship or

material during the life of the product, Sony will consider two

options: it will either replace the media or refund the purchase

price against the proof of purchase with all relevant details.

• Such replacement or refund is the sole remedy of the purchaser

and there is no liability on the part of the manufacturer, distributor

or seller for any loss or damage direct or consequential, arising out

of the use of, or inability to use this product.

• This guarantee does not cover any damage or defect due to an

accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect. Sony reserves the right to test

the media in our technical labs for full analysis prior to making any

recompense to the customer.

• This guarantee covers the actual media and not any data that

may be stored on the media.

• With this lifetime guarantee Sony Storage Media stands by the

value, quality and reliability of its products. So whatever the data

storage challenge, meet it with confidence.

• For details of how to return faulty media please contact your local

Sony Office, MPE Division and they will provide you with the

process.
