Set a device password for data protection (Figure 14). This password will enable the drive to 

be used as removable storage. It will also protect the data stored on the drive.

Re-enter the password for confirmation.

Click Next to set your DTLocker+ password.  

 

 

 
The password must be a 
minimum of 6 characters 
and must not exceed 16 
characters. It must also 
contain three of the 
following four characters: 
lower case letters, upper case 
letters, numeric characters 
and/or special characters.  
 
 

 

Good examples of a 
complex password: ABc123 
or bob$411.
