When accessing the CLI, the three built-in accounts 
(acctmgr, admin, and craft) are not working. After the 
password is entered, the login prompt is returned 
instead of the cli prompt. 

Workaround: (1) Use root/public as 

username/password. This account will grant access 
to the CLI. (2) Create a new username/password 
combination and renew this combination every 90 
days so it does not expire.
