About the setting of the compare value of the compare match activation
When the generation interval of the compare match is shorter than the conversion time of A/D in the same
activation channel that does the compare match activation, the compare match generated while the A/D
conversion is operating is disregarded.

Reactivation with an activation request does not occur
during A/D activation request on the same activation channel.
Moreover, when the generation interval of the compare match is shorter than the conversion time of A/D in
between the activation channels that activate the same A/D converter, the A/D conversion start by the
activation request generated while the A/D conversion is operating is kept waiting. In this case, The A/D
conversion does not start according to the intended timing. The start of the A/D conversion is delayed more
than the intended timing.
