Problem description
This equipment is detected automatically using SNMP.
When AddressBook Viewer cannot automatically detect this equipment over the network, the 
most likely cause is the limitations of the protocols on the supporting computers. In some cases, 
you need to add or update network components.
The following checklist helps you identify the source of the error and directs you to where you 
can find more information about solving it.

name for this equipment is 
unique and verify that the 
WINS and/or DNS server 
database are not causing 
potential naming conflicts 
with the network settings on
