Enable/disable automatic printing of the transmission report. 
OUTPUT YES: Set the fax to print an activity report every time you 
send a document. 
PRINT ERROR ONLY: Print only when an error occurs during sending.

When you set TX REPORT to OUTPUT YES or PRINT ERROR ONLY, 
you can add to the TX report half of the first page of the document that 
was being sent. This can help remind you which document was being 
sent. Valid only for memory sending.

Enable/disable automatic printing of the reception report. 
OUTPUT YES: Set the fax to print an activity report every time you 
receive a document. 
PRINT ERROR ONLY: Print only when an error occurs during 
receiving.

Enable/disable automatic printing of the activity report.

When you set ON, your fax is set to print an activity report for every 20 
transactions (sending and receiving).

Enable/disable automatic scanning of documents after the fax number

When you set ON, scanning begins automatically 5 seconds after you 
enter the fax number.
