5.  In the next screen, select the type of connection provided by the 

ISP

ing in the radio button next to “

.” If unsure about the selec-

tion, check the information provided by the 

ISP

. 

6.  If applicable, enter the user name and password provided by the 

ISP 

in the 

appropriate text boxes, then click in the radio button next to either “Dynamic 

IP

-

DHCP

” or “Single Static 

IP 

Address.”  Click Apply

.

The Modem is ready to use when the Internet light on the front of the Modem 
glows solid green.
