This command is used to draw a rectangle on the screen.
Var1 is the upper-left X-coordinate
Var1+1 is the upper-left Y-coordinate
Var1+2 is the width of the rectangle
Var1+3 is the height of the rectangle
Var1+4 is the color of the rectangle
