Job Timeout

When there is no input for a certain period 
of time, the machine cancels the current 
job. You can set the amount of time the 
machine will wait before canceling the job.

This report provides information about 
your machine setup, including the serial 
number, IP Address, installed options and 
the software version. Select On to enable 
this feature.

Supplies Info.: Allows you to check how 
many pages are printed and how much 
toner is left in the cartridge.

Printed Pages displays

Toner Low Alert: If toner in the cartridge 
has run out, a message informing the user 
to change the toner cartridge appears. 
You can set the option for this message to 
appear or not.

Toner Save

Activating this mode extends the life of 
your toner cartridge and reduces your cost 
per page beyond what one would 
experience in the normal mode, but it 
reduces print quality.

Earth Smart

Enables you to save print resources and 
enables eco-friendly printing. The Onforce 
setting requires a password to turn Earth 
Smart off.

Default Mode:
Choose Off, On or Onforce.

Onforce Sets the Earth Smart mode On 
with a password. If a user wants to turn 
the Earth Smart mode On or Off, the user 
needs to enter a password.
