To open the Printer Preference window:

Choose Printing Preference from the Printer Properties 

window (see 

 on Page 80). For options available 

in this category, refer to the 

 on Page 75 of the 

 section.

•    

Click Apply to apply the changes you make. Or click OK 

to apply the changes and close the Printer Properties 
window.
