  Perform 

the cutoff adjustment 

whenever you replace the 

CRT or the deflection board, 

or whenever the screen 

control has been 

inadvertently changed.

  Because 

adjustments are made from 

the rear of the monitor, 

position a mirror to view 

the monitor screen. Do not 

reach around the monitor to 

adjust the controls.
