This Data Sheet describes the features and specification of the AENEON™ XTUNE™ DDR2 performance dual-
channel memory module family.
AENEON™, with the XTUNE™ series, is the first company that supplies High Performance Memory Modules

Description
Each single module is tested to run at rated speed timings with the rated voltages.
The Dual Channel Kit comes with two identical modules tested together in DUAL CHANNEL MODE at rated
timings on several platforms based on the NVIDIA 680i and Intel P965 Express chipsets. The Intel P35 Express
chipset is also used for testing DDR2-1142+, and speeds beyond DDR2-1066.

Ordering Information
1) Motherboards and BIOS have to support the EPP feature. In some motherboard models, the EPP feature has to be enabled in the BIOS
settings. Please refer to the Motherboard documentation for details. For all the other motherboards, the high performance modes can be
enabled via the BIOS with the timings stated in the specification table.
