Use the Date/Time Properties window to change the date, time and time zone information.

1.

Select Start - Settings - Control Panel, and double-tap the Date/Time icon.

Use the arrows to select the month in the Date/Time tab.

Tap the date, to select it.

4.

Tap to highlight the hours, minutes or seconds entry. Tap the up or down arrows to increment 
the highlighted value.

5.

Select the appropriate time zone from the Time Zone drop down list.

6.

Tap Apply or OK to save the new settings.
