Use the Stylus Properties window Double-Tap to adjust double-tap timing and use the Calibrate tab 
to recalibrate the touch screen.

1.

Select Start - Settings - Control Panel, and double-tap the Stylus icon.

2.

Select the Double-Tap tab. 

3.

Double-tap the checkerboard grid at a comfortable speed.

4.

Double-tap the clapboard to test the settings.

5.

Tap OK to apply changes.
