Scheduling procedures include:

Adding a schedule

Deleting a schedule

Adding a member to a schedule

Deleting a member from a schedule

Configuring temporary occupancy

Adding temporary occupancy to all schedules

Note: If the Coordinator is under the control of the System Manager, its schedules 

are not accessible. In this case, the message Please access Schedules at the 
System Manager display appears when you press the Schedule icon on 
the Coordinator Home screen.
