Names, calls 

and messages

To call a name in the 

Names

 list, simply select it, then press the 

( key or press ,

three times.

- and call a name

selected in the list by pressing the 

( key.

Instead of entering the names menu and scrolling in the list, you can link a
correspondent’s name card to a hotkey, so that a long press on this key will directly
call him/her (e.g. long press on 

2 to call your home or on 3 to call your

office).

2 to 9, as keys 0 (selection of the

1 (voice mailbox) are predefined and cannot be changed.

To set a voice tag for voice dial, press

To flash dial a correspondent, press and hold the key you associated to his/her
name while in idle mode: the connection is established. Press 

) to hang up.

Names

(see “Hotkeys” page 27). Hotkeys can be changed or deleted at any time.

As for the Flash dial feature, Voice dial allows you to quickly call a name in the list:
instead of programming a hotkey, you simply configure a voice command that will
call the corresponding name when pronounced.

When the option 

Add voice tag?

 appears, press 

,, then follow the

instructions displayed on the screen. When prompted to record your voice
tag, make sure you are in a quiet environment, choose a short and simple word
and clearly pronounce it.

Back to the 

Voice dial

 menu, press and hold 

e to go back to idle.
