[] Abnormal noise.

a) Gear Motor or Gear 

Head

. Bearing worn out.

. Replace.

b) Auger Mechanism

. Bad alignment of 

auger.

. Realign.

. Foreign matter

c) Dispense Water 

Solenoid

. Vibration due to 

loosening screws.

. Apply thread sealant to 

the parts and tighten.

[3] No water dispensed. a) Power Supply

. "OFF" position.

. Move to "ON" position.

b) Water Supply

. Water supply off or 

pressure too low.

. Check and get 

recommended pressure.

c) Dispensing Water 

Valve

. Coil winding open.

. Replace.

. Wiring to dispensing 

water valve.

. Check for loose or open 

connection. Repair or 
replace.

d) Control Board

. Defective.

e) Water Dispense Switch . Opti Serve sensor 

defective. (OS only)

the following charts along with the wiring diagram to troubleshoot the OS sensors.
