Tuning precision
In order to obtain the best tuning precision,
it is effective to apply a very small amount
of oil to the left and right edges of the
tremolo.

the string will reduce the friction that occurs
when the arm is operated, and will help to
keep the tuning stable and prevent string
fatigue (breakage).

LO-PRO EDGE TREMOLO
Tremolo arm
The tremolo arm uses a snap-in/snap-out
design that can be easily attached or re-
moved. To attach the arm, push it firmly into
the arm socket until both of the white Teflon
washers are completely hidden (Figures 25
and 26). The firmness of the arm attach-
ment can be adjusted by increasing or de-
creasing the number of Teflon washers.
Remove a washer by pressing open the slit,
or add a new washer by pushing it diago-
nally into the slit making sure to observe the
correct orientation of the washer (Fig.27).
* If the arm is no longer held firmly in place

Stimmstabilität
Um eine bestmögliche Stimmstabilität der
Gitarre zu erzielen, ist es hilfreich, eine sehr
geringe Menge Öl links und rechts am Rand
des Tremolo aufzutragen. Ebenso reduziert
eine geringe Menge Öl, dort wo die Saite
auf dem Saitenhalter aufliegt, die Reibung,
die bei Betätigung des Tremolo entsteht.
Dadurch wird sowohl eine höhere Stimm-
stabilität als auch eine Verringerung des
Saitenabriebs erreicht, der zum Reißen der
Saite führen kann.

und 26). Die Haltekraft des Tremolobügels
kann durch Hinzufügen oder Wegnehmen
von Teflonringen verändert werden. Entfer-
nen Sie einen Ring durch Weiten seines
Schlitzes, oder fügen Sie einen weiteren hin-
zu, indem Sie ihn schräg am Bügel anset-
zen und dann richtig herum aufdrücken
(Abbildung 27).

Feinstimmung
Über die Feinstimmschrauben (Abbildung
28 A) können die einzelnen Saiten auch nach

gestimmt werden.
