Transferring Calls to Voice Mail
Using Voice Mail
Logging Into Voice Mail
NOTE: You must receive a message before you can access Voice Mail
by pressing

under “Dial” from your i2000plus phone.
USER TIP:
You can leave yourself a message.
Press

under “End” while your phone is ringing to transfer
incoming calls directly to Voice Mail.

From the Phone Ready screen, press

under “Mail” to open the
Mail screen.

Select VoiceMail by using

to highlight
VoiceMail or by pressing

. An asterisk
indicates new messages.

under “Ok.” The Voice Mail screen
appears.
The number of new and total messages display.
An exclamation point (!) indicates an urgent
message.

under “Dial” to log into Nextel Voice Mail Service. Phone-In
