ip dvmrp neighbor-timeout
Configures the neighbor timeout. This value specifies how long the switch will wait for activity from a 
neighboring DVMRP router before assuming that the inactive router is down.
ip dvmrp neighbor-timeout seconds

Specifies the neighbor timeout, in seconds (5–86400).
