While the printer is on, you can load any of the eight customized 

configurations or the factory default configuration.

The configuration you load will remain in effect as long as the printer is on. 

When you turn the power off and then back on, the designated power-up 

configuration loads. See page 69.

to place the printer in offline mode. Open the printer 

cover.

“UNLOCKED” displays briefly.

In order to load a configuration, it must be saved first. Otherwise, the message 
“CONFIG. DOES NOT EXIST/Save First” displays.
