design is engineered to support the heavy equipment used along the cook
line. Ideal for use as a base with broilers, ovens, fryers or griddles. In addition,
our sturdy drawer design, which comes standard with 2" inch stainless steel
drawer rollers, can accommodate 6" inch deep pans in every drawer. Also, our
drawer design offers the maximum length and pan capacity in the market today.
