You must know the IP address of the Cayman 2E-H before you can
make a Telnet connection to it. By default, your Cayman 2E-H uses
192.168.1.254 as the IP address for its LAN interface. You can use a
Web browser or the maintenance console to configure the Cayman
2E-H IP address.

Connecting from the Maintenance Console Port
You can connect a terminal or terminal emulator to the maintenance
console port on the Cayman 2E-H to configure, administer, and
monitor your Cayman 2E-H.

To use the Cayman 2E-H console, you need a serial cable and either
