To update software
You can update your software without visiting the nearest
dealer.

n, tap Settings > AT&T software update.

whether to update the software now. If you choose to update the
software now, it will restart the handset. If you postpone updating

check the Android version. If the version starts with 2.2, the
OS needs to be upgraded to the latest.

upgrade Pantech Crossover to Android Gingerbread OS.

5. Unpack the ZIP file "P8000_Sideload_Tool_OS_upgrade."
6. Install the file, "P8000_Sideload_Tool_OS_upgrade." If

CAUTION
x Do not disconnect the USB data cable or turn the power off during
the update process.
x All data in the Crossover will be deleted when the OS is updated.
