Searching with Google

Searching for information with Google

1.  Tap Google Search, or press m in idle 

mode.

2.  Enter a keyword in the search box 

and tap 

 or  . You can also tap   

and say it on the phone.

Setting search options

1.  Tap Google Search from the 

applications menu.

2.  Press n and tap Search settings.
3.  Tap Google search.
4.  Tap Show web suggestions if you want to see suggestions 

from Google as you search through Google. The check box 

is selected by default.

5.  Tap Use My Location if you allow your location to be used 

for Google search results.

6.  Tap Search history if you want to see personalized search 

history.

Selecting items that can be searched

1.  Tap Google Search from the applications menu.
2.  Press n and tap Search settings.
3.  Tap Searchable items.
4.  Select and tap items you want to include for the search 

result.

Managing search history

1.  Tap Google Search from the applications menu.
2.  Press n and tap Manage search history.

Note Make sure to tap Search history first if you want to use Manage 

search history.

3.  Enter the email address and password for your Google 

account.

4.  Select and tap search history in the list and tap Remove if 

you want to remove the search history.

News & Weather

News and Weather offers news in various fields and weather 

information in your region.

Viewing weather information

1.  Tap News & Weather from the applications menu. 

Information on your current region for the moment is 

provided by default.

2.  Tap on the weather information in the middle of the screen 

if you want to check the weather forecast throughout the 

day.

3.  Tap on the chart and drag the vertical bar on the screen to 

the left or right if you want to see weather information for a 

certain time of the day.
