Calendar tool has four entry types: Appointment, Multiday event, Special occasion and Days off. You can save up to
200 calendar entries. 

To display the calendar, press the MENU key and select Toolbox and Calendar.

Select the date you want to display on the
Weekly or Monthly  screen and press the
Enter key. 

Press the Options menu key on the
Weekly  or Monthly screen. Select Jump
to date and press the Enter key. Enter the
date you want to display according to the
Format setting in the Date and time
section on page 64.

The Calendar screen shows all entries for the
selected date.

 

Press the SK2 (Weekly/Monthly) to switch

between  Weekly calendar and Monthly

calendar. 

Press the   key

to display the

previous month.

Press the # key to

display the next

month.

Filter setting

Press the SK1

(New) to add a

new entry.

Press the Right/

Left key to select

a day.
