1. I cannot add a SAT.

■

In a SAT field, you did not 
select S00.

■

Refer to section 6, 
chapter Add data.

2. The positioner does not 

respond when I want to 
go to the new satellite.

You did not save the 
position of the satellite.

■

Go to the Program 
satellites menu and save 
the (correct) position.

3. I cannot add a TP.

■

In a TP field, you did not 
select TP00.

■

Refer to section 6, 
chapter Add data.

4. I cannot configure 

User LNBs.

■

You did select the Easy 
mode. In this mode only 
4 LNBs are supported.

■

Select the Advanced 
mode, refer to section 6, 
chapter Add data.

5. I cannot access the User 

LNBs during setup.

■

In the Program satellites 
menu, in the User LNB 
field, you did not press 
the i-key.

■

Select the User LNB field 
and on the RCU, press 
the I-key to advance to 
the User LNB setting.

6. During Add data, no 

channels are found 
during Search channels.

■

The dish is not aimed at 
the satellite.

■

Go to the Program 
satellites menu and save 
the (correct) position.
