Click ADVANCED > UPnP to display the UPnP screen.

The following table describes the fields in this screen.  

6 Right-click the icon for your ZyXEL 

device and select Properties. A 
properties window displays with basic 
information about the ZyXEL device.

UPnP Setup

Device Name

This identifies the ZyXEL device in UPnP applications.

Enable the Universal 

Plug and Play (UPnP) 

feature 

Select this check box to activate UPnP. Be aware that anyone could use a 

UPnP application to open the web configurator's login screen without 

entering the ZyWALL's IP address (although you must still enter the 

password to access the web configurator).
