Use the Astro 220 as a stopwatch, which includes a lap 

timer. You can also have the unit record the lap time 

based on distance

Select

Stopwatch.

 Press

MENU to open the Options Menu. Choose

Lap by Distance. To return to the Lap by Button,

repeat these same steps.

1.  Press

MENU to open the Options Menu. Select Set 

Lap Distance.

2.  Use the

ROCKER to select the field you want to 

change. Enter the new value, and press

ENTER.

When done, select

OK.
