3.4.3.3. ISDN Master Protocol Configuration
In this configuration (see Chapter 0) the instrument answers to incoming calls without
the SENDING COMPLETE information element and the Called Number (Cdn) is
shorter than the Own/MSN value set in the instrument. The instrument sends the
SETUP ACK message only and generates a special acoustic tone.
