Disconnects the incoming call without connecting the B 
channel

The protocol is in Slave mode by default when the instrument is 
configured as TE or NT1-U. 
3.4.3.3.  ISDN Master Protocol Configuration 
In this configuration (see Chapter 0) the instrument answers to incoming calls without 
the SENDING COMPLETE information element and the Called Number (Cdn) is 
shorter than the Own/MSN value set in the instrument. The instrument sends the 
SETUP ACK message only and generates a special acoustic tone. 
The CALL PROCEEDING, ALERTING and CONNECT messages can then be sent 
by pressing the corresponding softkey. 
The instrument will automatically send the ALERTING message upon receipt of the 
SENDING COMPLETE message or a CDN with length higher or equal to the 
Own/MSN value. 
 
This allows to check the implementation of the Overlap Sending 
(DDI) state at the remote interface.
