Printing from the Paper Cassette
Up to approximately 250 sheets of plain paper (64  g/m
2
) at size of A4, B5, A5, 
Legal, Letter, and Executive can be loaded in the optional 250-sheet paper feeder 
(Cassette1). Refill paper when the Paper lamp (red) is blinking which indicates that 
no paper is left in the feeder.
Loading Paper in the Paper Cassette
Load paper in the paper cassette using the following procedure.
Load the paper lengthways when loading it in the paper cassette.
IMPORTANT
When loading paper for the first time after installing the paper feeder, be sure to turn the 
printer ON first.
Do not remove the paper cassette while printing. It may result in paper jams or printer 
malfunction.
Do not load other than plain paper (64 to 105 g/m
2
). It may result in paper jams or printer 
malfunction.
Do not load jagged-edged, creased, or extremely curled paper. It may result in paper 
jams or printer malfunction.
Up to approximately 250 sheets of plain paper (64 g/m
2
) can be loaded in the paper 
cassette. Be careful that the paper stack does not exceed the paper limit mark, as it may 
result in misfeeds.

Refill the cassette when paper runs out. If the cassette is refilled when paper still remains 
in the cassette, it may result in misfeeds.
