Chapt er 5 Using the Address Book Manager

To import address book from files,   

 

1.  Click an IMAGE SCANNER IS100e which you want to import the address to. 

2.  Click the Address Book from the Tools menu or click the address book icon 

 from the toolbar.  

3.  Choose Import and then File from the Tools Menu.   

4.  Select the e-mail address file (.csv) and click OK. 

5.  Choose the e-mail address you want to import and click OK. (If you need to 

make a multiple selection, press “Shift” key and your left mouse button.  If you 

need to make a single selection, press “Ctrl” and your left mouse button.) 

6.  The address will be imported to the address book of designated IMAGE 

SCANNER IS100e.
