Editing Your Folders
Adding A New Folder
To add a new folder,
1. Choose Add from the Folder menu in the Folder Management screen.
Or click the
button on the Toolbar in the Folder Management screen.
2. The New Folder screen appears.
3. Type various data in succession in the New Folder screen.
Name: The name of the folder.
Protocol: The internet protocol such as FTP, HTTP, and CIFS.
Server IP: The IP address for the server.

Directory: The directory of the new folder. Note if through FTP or HTTP
protocol, no need to add a slash in the beginning of the root directory, for
example, FILING FOLDER/image file. If through CIFS protocol, you need to
add double slashes in the beginning of the name of the computer, for example,
\\Your Computer\FILINGFO LDER.

Server UID: User login ID in the filing server. If through HTTP or CIFS in
Windows 9x (share level), no need to input an UID. If through CIFS in
Windows NT or Windows 2000, or Windows XP (user level), please input an
UID.

Password: The password to log in the Filing Server.
4. Choose OK and the Save button to save your folder.
