Checklist
The Nautica PRI module package should include the following
items:

One black or red ISDN cable

Installing the PRI Module
To install the PRI module:
1.
Save the router’s configuration and set the unit to the
factory defaults using either the BCC or Nautica Wizard.

Open the host unit (see Chapter 1).
3.
Install the 16 Mb memory module (Chapter 6).
The PRI module can be installed in slots 1 or 3 or, if you have
an ISDN+ fitted, slots 5 or 7 (refer to the diagram on the back
of the Nautica 4000 for slot numbers). The slot next to the
installed PRI must remain empty.

Danger:
Before attempting to install the PRI module, ensure
that the Nautica 4000 is powered off.
Note:
The PRI module requires at least 16 Mb of memory in
the Nautica 4000.
