The call manager tiptel 355 ISDN offers you the 

following functions for a perfect telephone contact 

to your customers and interested parties:

Welcome and transfer: The caller is greeted with a

friendly welcome message and is then, for example,

transferred to a collective number.

Automatic switchboard: The caller is greeted and can

use tone dialling to transfer himself to the desired 

contact person. 

Queue in case of overflow: If the requested extension

is busy, the caller hears a busy message and remains

in the queue until the subscriber is reached.

Voicemail system: 9 mailboxes for the recording of

incoming messages are available for departments /

sections or staff: remote-control and remote interroga-

tion for each of these mailboxes; individual message

transfer function to mobile phones and time control. 

Menu-guided information system: This feature 

relieves your staff from constantly having to handle

recurring customer inquiries. The caller can use tone

dialling to obtain and listen to the required information

on the phone (up to 9 outgoing messages with un-

limited length are available).
