2. Use online support. Go to the Customer Support section of www.tivo.com. You’ll

find online customer support on a number of topics, including setting up IR control

and troubleshooting your phone connection.

3. Use the troubleshooting screens on your recorder. On your recorder, go to TiVo

Central, then Messages & Setup, then Troubleshooting. You will find troubleshooting

screens for Parental Controls, your phone connection, and your channels.
