You may need to remove previously installed system components when installing or removing 

system devices. Or you may need to install the optional components into the system. This 

section tells how to remove/install the system fans:

Ensure that the system is turned off before removing any components from your system. 

To uninstall the different system fans, follow the steps below

Remove the screws located on the

bottom of the system. 

REMOVE FAN 1

REMOVE FAN 2

REMOVE FAN 3

REMOVE FAN 1

REMOVE FAN 2

REMOVE FAN 3

2. 

Disconnect the system fan cable from 

the fan connector on the motherboard, 

then lift the fan and set it aside.

The position of the components may vary per model, but the steps to remove or install them 

are the same.
