Select the shooting mode depending on an object.

Press the MENU button in shooting mode.

Press N to select [SCN] and press 

i.

Press O/N to select the scene modes and press 

i.

This mode lets you take pictures as close as 20 cm/8 in. to your subject. (Most wide-
angle side)

Use this mode to take pictures as close as 6 cm/2.4 in. to your subject. In 

% mode, 

the position of the zoom lens is fixed.

Press X

& repeatedly to select [&] or [%] and press i.

Press OF.

Press X/Y to set the exposure compensation value 
and press 

i.

  Select a [ + ] value to brighten the image or a [

 ] value 

to darken the image.
