Repeated jams in 
interposer
Follow the jam clearance diagram in the Printer Fault Clearance 
window carefully to ensure all paper has been cleared.
Make sure the stock in trays 4 and 5 (2-Tray) or 4, 5, and 6 (3-Tray) 
have been loaded correctly. Refer to the Satisfaction guides in 
chapter 4, “Technical Information”, for information on loading stock 
in trays 4 and 5 (2-Tray) or 4, 5, and 6 (3-Tray).
Make sure the stock loaded meets the specifications for these trays 
as indicated in the Satisfaction guides in chapter 4, “Technical 
Information”.
Tray 6 error 
messages
Messages are displayed in the status area of the FreeFlow Print 
Server. Click on any Tray 6 messages to display more information 
about the message and the actions to perform. This information is  
displayed in a separate Printer Fault Clearance window.
3-Tray Interposer 
licensed and 
enabled, error if not 
installed
To determine if the 3-Tray Interposer is licensed and enabled, select 
Setup > Feature Licenses on the FreeFlow Print Server to open the 
License Manager window.
Look for and double-click the 3-Tray Interposer line. If the 3-Tray 
Interposer is installed but not licensed, an error message appears. 
Follow the steps for installing a license as documented in the 
Getting Ready for the FreeFlow Print Server Installation guide.
Select Yes if the new license information should be used the printer. 
Select No if the printer should use the current license information.
