11.2 Setting up Logical Printers

Printing out a List of Settings

This function prints out a list of the settings established for the logical printers.

Operation Procedure

Press the <

> key with [SETUP FILE]

displayed on the parameter selection screen.

Select [PRINT SETUP] with the < > key, and
then press the <

> key.

Select the set format with the use of the < >
and < > keys, and then press the <Set> key.
Press the <

> key once it has been set.

Select the starting number and ending number of
the logical printers to be output with the use of
the < > and < > keys, and then press the
<Set> key.
Press the <

> key once it has been set.

Press the <Set> key when a message stating
[SET:to Print.] is displayed.
The data will be printed accordingly.

Move the cursor to the right and left with
the use of the <

> and <

> keys.

To move to the next menu, move the
cursor to the furthest position on the
right, and then press the <

> key. To

return to the previous menu, move the
cursor to the left-hand side and press the
<

> key.
