IMPORTANT : Il faut un contenant à déchets jetable, et, au goût, un filtre au carbone pour chaque installation.

INSTALLATION DU CONTENANT À DÉCHETS
1. Placer le contenant à déchets jetable sous le couvercle du compartiment du contenant à déchets.
2. S'assurer que l'avant du contenant à déchets se trouve sous les cinq languettes. Il ne devrait pas y avoir

de jeu entre l'appareil et le contenant à déchets (fig. 1).

INSTALLATION DU COUVERCLE DU CONTENANT À DÉCHETS
1. Installer le couvercle du contenant à déchets en insérant les languettes dans les trous ronds du couvercle

du compartiment et le fixer en appuyant aux endroits indiqués (fig. 2). 

2. Lorsqu'on utilise un filtre au carbone, enlever la bande de papier sur le filtre pour mettre l’adhésif à jour.

Placer le filtre avec l’adhésif tourné vers le bas dans la pièce en forme de diamant au centre du couvercle
du contenant à déchets jetable (fig. 3). 

3. Fermer le couvercle du compartiment du contenant à déchets.

RETRAIT DU CONTENANT À DÉCHETS
Il est recommandé d’éviter d’entrer en contact avec les déchets. Porter des gants en caoutchouc ou en latex
quand on manipule le contenant à déchets jetable usagé.
1. Enfoncer les deux languettes du couvercle du compartiment du contenant à déchets (fig. 4). (Détacher

le couvercle du contenant à déchets jetable du couvercle du compartiment du contenant à déchets.)

2. Soulever le couvercle du compartiment, exposant le contenant à déchets jetable fermé.
3. Enfoncer les quatre coins du couvercle afin de s’assurer que le couvercle du contenant à déchets est bien

fixé. Dégager le rebord du contenant à déchets jetable des languettes qui le retiennent en place, soulever
le contenant et le jeter (fig. 5).

IMPORTANT: You will need one disposable waste receptacle, one lid, and if desired, one carbon filter for each
installation.

TO INSTALL A DISPOSABLE WASTE RECEPTACLE:
1. Place a disposable waste receptacle under the waste receptacle compartment cover. 
2. Make sure that the front of the waste receptacle is under the five tabs. There should be no gap between

the unit and the waste receptacle (Fig. 1).

TO INSTALL WASTE RECEPTACLE LID:
1. Attach the waste receptacle lid by inserting the pushtabs into the round holes in the waste receptacle

compartment cover. To secure press on the positions indicated (Fig. 2).

2. If using a carbon filter, peel off the paper strip on the carbon filter to expose the adhesive. Place filter

adhesive-side down in the diamond-shaped insert in the center of the waste receptacle lid (Fig. 3).

3. Close the waste receptacle compartment cover.

TO REMOVE WASTE RECEPTACLE:
We recommend avoiding contact with waste material. Wear rubber or latex gloves when handling
used disposable waste receptacle.
1. Depress the two pushtabs in the waste receptacle compartment cover (Fig. 4). (Detach the disposable

waste receptacle lid from the waste receptacle compartment cover.)

2. Lift the compartment cover, exposing the closed disposable waste receptacle assembly.
3. Press in on the four corners of the lid to secure lid to the waste receptacle, pull the disposable

waste receptacle edge free from the tabs holding it in place, lift out and dispose (Fig. 5).
