Text-type flex field does not limit the number of characters in the MeetingPlace Web
interface (CR14301)
In MeetingTime, the text-type flex field is limited to 17 characters while the MeetingPlace Web interface
allows more that 17 characters. When a user enters a string longer than 17 characters, the string will get
truncated when displayed.
WebShare window shows up as a gray window on Internet Explorer 5.0 on Mac OS9 after
clicking on “Join Web Conference” button (CR14335)
The workaround is to copy the file “\Hot Fix for Mac\wcclient11.tpl” from the installation CD to
c:\latitude\mpweb\template directory of the MeetingPlace Web Conferencing server(s).
Guest user name does not appear in MeetingTime (CR13130)
When using MeetingPlace Web Conferencing with MeetingPlace Server 2000.2, the guest user name
displayed in MeetingTime does not reflect what you entered in the web interface.
No end of meeting warning prompt played when scheduled through MeetingPlace Web
(CR15370)
Meetings that are scheduled through the Outlook or web interface do not play the end of meeting warning
prompt. However, meetings scheduled through the MeetingTime client do play the end of meeting
warning prompt.
